Sedgwick Hall

JE Dunn completed an 80,000 SF renovation to the existing Sedgwick Hall. Majority of existing structure and envelope was repurposed, while the new addition is a steel structure with metal panel and glass envelope. Existing roof was demolished and replaced with new mod-bit system. Interior was finished out to include classrooms, nursing labs, simulation rooms, community rooms, plinth labs and other building support rooms.
