Throughout her more than 25-year career working for consulting, design and construction companies, Bo has focused on understanding biopharmaceutical facility requirements and earned the trust and respect of clients. In her role, she is responsible for understanding the long-term market trends and innovation drivers of the Life Sciences industry and setting/implementing strategy to serve the marketplace. Bo is a mentor, passionate volunteer and active member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and Women in Pharma. in March 2019, she received the ISPE-CaSA Award for Dedicated Service.
Leveraging his 14 years of life sciences experience as both an owner and a contractor, Robert brings a unique perspective to preconstruction. Robert understands and has experienced the benefits of early engagement, from the high-level development of cash flows for large multi-year capital requests, to the detailed understanding required on phased construction of occupied manufacturing and laboratory spaces. This expertise coupled with JE Dunn’s proprietary Lens platform, developed with Microsoft and Autodesk, brings efficient solutions to the life sciences market.

With more than 30 years of successfully delivering pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing and large-scale industrial facilities without incident, John is the on-site field director and coordinator who gets it done throughout construction to facility start-up and turnover. He plans and sequences all construction activities with a safety mindset, making sure that it is quality work and done properly. John understands the complexities of MEP systems, instrumentation and process controls, and the focus required for successful installations in both new construction and renovations within operating facilities.
