JE Dunn constructed this 180,000 SF bus maintenance facility and fuel and wash structure on an active 24/7 site for TriMet. The project required detailed logistics and coordination of shipments, movement of construction equipment, and parking of TriMet staff. JE Dunn utilized jersey barricades, fencing, traffic control signage, and daily coordination to separate construction activity. We provided continuous feedback to the design team and TriMet to support prioritization of design deliverables. On critical work scopes, such as night work, we partnered with TriMetโs Community Affairs group to develop effective communication strategies and mitigate unexpected impacts to neighbors.
