The Broadleaf

The Broadleaf is a mixed use 572,205 square foot, seven story residential building with an internal parking garage extending from levels 1-7. The first level includes shell space for future retail/dining occupancies and the lobby and amenities for the residential building. The residential units, located on levels 1-7, include a courtyard amenity space. The sixth level includes an outdoor amenity space with a pool and skating rink. The building contains 370 dwelling units and a garage with approximately 439 parking stalls.
