Scottsdale Airport

Airport Terminal Area Development

The Scottsdale Airport Redevelopment project was an innovative replacement of an aging and outdated building struggling to serve the evolving needs of the aviation community. A new Aviation Business Center (ABC) and two new 30,000 SF executive hangars feature state-of-the-art amenities and breathtaking vistas to create an exciting and unique aviation experience for travelers and the Scottsdale community.

The 23,800 SF ABC features administrative offices, conference rooms, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) processing, and other publicly available amenities. A 3,200 SF multi-use conference space can be reserved for training, corporate meetings, and social events with full catering services through the new on-site 2,400 SF farm-to-table restaurant and bar.

The hangars accommodate aircraft as tall as the Global Express or Gulfstream 650. Each hangar has automated, retractable doors 120 feet wide and 28 feet tall. In addition, the hangars have expansive foam fire suppression systems.
