The Offices One at Frisco Station is a design-build, 7-story, 238,000 SF core and shell Class A office building with a 502,000 SF, 5-level, 1,520-car precast parking garage. The parking garage includes 20 power outlets for electric car charging stations, three EV connections in front of the building, and also houses the office building’s generator with capacity for a second in the future. This office building is the first of five planned office buildings as part of the Frisco Station Development master plan.
Building amenities include a fitness center, conference center and a robust communications and power infrastructure that includes dual power feed capability and multiple fiber optic providers. The project is located in the heart of the $5 Billion-mile area of Frisco, Texas and is located adjacent to the Dallas Cowboys headquarters and practice facility. The building has direct access to Frisco Station’s entertainment district, The Hub, as well as The Star mixed-use development. The building has walkable access to hike and bike trails, along with additional health and wellness options.
