This 468,924 SF, 24-story multi-family apartment building in downtown Phoenix. The building includes 326 apartment units, a parking garage, cafรฉ, and outdoor pool. The structure also includes parking on levels 2 through 8. Unique to this project are the self-performed exterior panels that make up the exterior facade of the structure totaling 976 panels. Located in the Roosevelt Row Arts District, the new development weaves into the walkable arts district that exhibits murals on nearly every corner turned.
