JCCC Culinary Arts Center

This new facility features 37,600 square feet of space for academic development in the culinary arts. The single-story, steel-framed learning center provides seven fully-functional cooking labs to serve various purposes. Two professional cooking labs, a bakery lab, a restaurant lab that mirrors an actual restaurant setting, and a culinary theatre all make up the interior of the building, along with other amenities.  The school is designed to hold programs for chef apprenticeship, food and beverage management, hotel and lodging management, baking, and dietary management.
