Currently under construction, Applied Underwriters HQ will showcase some of the most unique Class A Office Space in Omaha.
The site in Heartwood Preserve is 40-acres and the design is aimed at preserving as much of the nature of the site as possible. The building is 830,000 SF including office space, all underground parking (1,400+ stalls), data center and storage. The building is two wings comprised of three stories each, all free span trusses with 21โ floor heights to allow for an open office concept. The building also features car washes, coffee bars, an auditorium and cafeteria. It is enveloped in over 3,200 pieces of electrochromic glass.
Engaging our self-perform team has been crucial as we have to place on average of 160 cubic yards of concrete and 14 tons of rebar every day to reach the total of 52,000 cubic yards of concrete and 4,500 tons of rebar over the course of the schedule.
