Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
We know that everyone’s needs are different, and we have flexible benefit options to choose from. JE Dunn employees have a choice of two consumer driven medical plans with prescription drug coverage, and two dental plans to select from. Our vision plan provides coverage for your annual exam as well as choice of eyewear and safety glasses, should that be needed.
JE Dunn allows employees to defer pre-tax money into an HSA or a Medical, Limited or Dependent Care FSA account.
Life and AD&D Insurance
All regular employees working at least 24 hours per week have a company paid Basic Life/AD&D benefit which provides additional financial security in the event something happens to you and your loved ones. In addition, you have the option to purchase additional Life Insurance and AD&D on yourself, your spouse, and your children.
Eligible JE Dunn employees are automatically enrolled in Short-Term and Long-Term Disability for additional income protection. The disability premiums are 100% company paid.
JE Dunn places a high value on your personal health and well-being, as well as that of our families. In that spirit, we offer a robust Wellness program that includes a company-paid annual wellness screening, ongoing wellness coaching, health challenges, and various activities to throughout the year to support your total well-being. To encourage participation, employees who meet the requirements may qualify for medical premium discounts as well as annual deposits into a health care account.
We encourage our employees to save for the future. Employees can participate in our 401k plan by contributing pre-tax and/or post-tax money into our 401k. JE Dunn will match 50% of the first 6% you contribute.

Paid Time Off
We offer a comprehensive vacation program to provide a high level of work-life integration. The company also recognizes seven paid holidays and offers seven health days per year. Employees who wish to take time off due to a death are eligible for paid bereavement leave.
JE Dunn is committed to putting families first. Our Parental Leave Program allows for 2 weeks (80 hours) of paid time off for employees to care for and bond with a newborn or adopted child.

The benefits described above are for JE Dunn’s trade workforce that are not members of a union in addition to employees with full-time, professional employment.
