In 2015, Jon was hired to lead business development efforts nationally for JE Dunn’s Corporate Environments and Advanced Industries verticals.
Prior to joining JE Dunn, Jon executed acquisition, renewal, and disposition strategies for the corporate real estate portfolios of two Fortune 100 firms: Bank of America and John Deere. As a former owner/occupier in the corporate space, Jon understands the challenges inherent to large, complex projects with many stakeholders and tollgates.
Jon earned his Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and MBA from the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. He holds the MCR (Master of Corporate Real Estate) designation from CoreNet Global, and in 2016, was named the first ever H. Gordon Wyllie Young Leader of the Year by the organization.
When he’s not having a tea party with his wife and three young girls, Jon samples many of Kansas City’s great BBQ joints or continues his struggle with a lifelong addiction to golf.
