That was 1924. Today, 84 years later, JE Dunn Construction is ranked the eighth largest general building contractor in the nation. Ninety percent of our business is with existing clients who provide us with repeat work and referrals.
The JE Dunn organization also is consistently ranked as one of the top 10 CM-at-Risk contractors. JE Dunn's Preconstruction Services are second to none. We take great pride in our ability to help clients overcome tough budget obstacles. The primary objectives of our dedicated Preconstruction and Estimating Group is to control the risks associated with a project and to move into the construction phase with clearly defined costs, schedules, and expectations.
JE Dunn South Central carries on the culture and service tradition of its corporate parent and serves client throughout the South Central Region of the United States. We serve clients out of our offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. JE Dunn South Central is currently a building partner for projects in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Georgia and Maryland.
