The primary objectives of our dedicated Preconstruction and Estimating Group is to control the risks associated with a project and to move into the construction phase with clearly defined costs, schedules, and expectations. In the State of Texas, the JE Dunn tradition of building relationships as well as fine buildings continues. JE Dunn South Central is a locally managed construction manager/general contractor serving the South Central region of the United States. With offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, JE Dunn South Central has been delivering construction services throughout the region for the past 25 years.
