During preconstruction, JE Dunn worked closely with the project stakeholders to provide conceptual and schematic budgets. Because of these efforts, studies were conducted to provide cost saving ideas, which resulted in a five percent reduction cost. Additionally, local trade partner outreach strategies allowed for 75 percent of the trade partner commitment to be awarded to southeastern Arizona trade partners.
