The 2-story, 178,000 SF Applebee's Support Center features open, collaborative workspaces, a world-class culinary center and an environmentally sustainable design, which is expected to receive LEED® Silver certification.
The exterior is predominantly enclosed in long-lasting natural wood with natural zinc metal and wood plank cladding materials. The building is comprised of a long north-south spine that acts as main street circulation within the building. Four wings perpendicular to the spine take advantage of and control sunlight. Numerous windows throughout the building help maximize daylight and provide views of the lakes to the east.

- 9,793 SF culinary center replicates an Applebee's restaurant kitchen and is used for menu development, auditing, research, evaluation, testing and training.
