This multi-function facility is a 135,000 SF, three-story project located on a 15-acre site northeast of downtown Atlanta. The project consists of a first floor regulation basketball court that doubles as an auditorium for 2,000 people, a second floor administrative space with a fitness area and running track and a third floor K-5 elementary school. The structure is steel frame and stucco and masonry.
