The Residences at Belmar Plaza
Lakewood, Colorado
The Residences at Belmar Plaza is a 5-story 185,000 SF mixed-used building including one level of below grade parking, one level of shelled retail space, and four levels of residential space totaling 62 for sale residential units. The units, ranging in size from 950-2,888 SF, feature slab granite countertops, hardwood flooring, GE Profile stainless appliances, and outdoor terraces or balconies on most plans. The project, located in the heart of the new Belmar redevelopment in Lakewood, Colorado, is our 3rd project for this client. Our ongoing relationship is testament to our quality of work.
Unique characteristics:
- The project is utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to coordinate MEP installation.
