Mercy Hospital of Northwest Arkansas

JE Dunn is working in conjunction with Perkins+Will on the new $88 million Mercy Hospital project in Northwest Arkansas. This new full-service hospital campus is situated on a 74-acre site and consists of a 334,500 SF, 7-story patient tower and a 14,744 SF, 2-story central plant. Sitework includes new development requirements such as major utility extensions, roads and two bridges. A future medical office building will be attached to the hospital. LEED principles are incorporated into the project.
