Chick-fil-A Corporate Headquarters Warehouse and Parking Garage

This interesting project started out as a 60,000 SF warehouse with two levels and 130,000 SF of parking on top. The entire structure is a cast-in-place concrete frame with pre-cast walls and windows. We took extra care to save as many trees as possible on this lush corporate campus. Four years later, we added 212,000 SF and three levels to the parking deck. We installed two hydraulic elevators as well as a glass enclosed metal pan stair with decorative aluminum handrails.
