Brookwood Condominium

Located at the corner of Peachtree and 28th street in Atlanta GA, the Brookwood is an "L"-shaped, high-rise, mixed-use condominium project. The "L" shaped tower is 18 stories on one side and 19 on the other with 467,319 total SF and 221 units. It features street level retail/parking (10,400 SF of retail space and 10,400 SF of future restaurant space) and three parking levels below grade. Including the parking podium, the structure is 23/24 stories. The skin is to be a four-coat stucco system with pre-cast walls covering the ground through fourth story and a brick stucco facade from the 5th to the top. There will be window wall veneer over the cast-in-place structure with 8" thick post-tensioned cable typical slabs. There will be an amenity deck, which includes an acre of grass, trees, a swimming pool, fountains, a clubhouse and paths. The residential units will contain guest suites, penthouses and multi-bedroom units. This is to be a LEED Silver Certified project.
