Two phase hospital renovation and addition project. The first phase included a new penthouse, generator addition, additional parking, new loading docks, and a 28,000 SF surgery center. The second phase of construction includes a new 9-story 250,000 SF patient tower with basement. The new tower will house ICU, Med/Surg, dietary, radiology, and pharmacy departments and includes a helipad plus a new 5,000 SF energy center addition.
