The Caribbean Tower

This project is a 249,792 SF, 20-story, 169-unit tower addition to an existing 14-story condotel. The amenities will feature a pool and a lazy river, a meeting room, an exercise room, and game rooms. The exterior wall is CMU and concrete with an EIFS skin. There are five elevators. A 74,116 SF parking garage is in addition to an existing parking garage with one half floor of retail shell space and a glass wall enclosed elevator.
