Vista Del Mar Barcelona Towers

Barcelona is a 231,100 SF, 41-unit, 14-story luxury condominium and is the second of a planned four-building complex. Included will be a pool pavilion between this building and our recently completed Portofino building. The Barcelona will have two levels of parking for 88 cars and each condominium unit foyer has private access to the elevator. Incorporated in the unit design is a "smart box" for telephone, cable TV, data lines and security systems. Some of the units will have media rooms interfaced with the smart box as well as any other room in the unit as specified by the unit owner. The post-tensioned concrete frame structure will have a masonry and stucco skin and feature a clay tile roof with multiple functioning and aesthetic chimneys. |
