The project consists of 136-acre development, including a 316,918 SF new high school building, with gymnasium, auditorium and flex theatre, sitework consisting of competition synthetic turf football and soccer fields with bleachers and grandstands, competition natural turf baseball and softball fields with bleachers, varsity and junior varsity tracks, junior varsity football field with bleachers, two practice fields, two practice soccer fields, a practice baseball and softball field, and six support buildings. The six support buildings consist of soccer and football press boxes, concessions, restrooms, storage, team meeting space and bus maintenance.
The high school portion of the site is going for LEED certification.
