Mosler Lofts

Mosler Lofts is a 219,000 square foot, mixed-use project comprised of retail space, condominiums and associated onsite parking facilities and amenities in the Belltown area of Seattle, Washington. Two existing buildings on the site will need to be demolished to make way for new construction. The proposed design is a post-tensioned concrete structure with 12 stories above ground and 2 1/2 stories of parking below grade; total height will be ~125'. The first two floors will include townhouse condominiums, rental retail space, building entry/lobby, amenity spaces and enclosed parking. The remaining 10 floors will be comprised of studio, one-bedroom and penthouse condominiums. In total, there will be approximately 165 to 170 living units.
