Lane 1919
Portland, Oregon
Lane 1919 is a mixed-use residential project located in Northwest Portland. Originally built in 1929 as a print shop and warehouse, there are two components to the project. One involves the seismic update and remodel of the 13,000 SF print shop into two separate tenant spaces. The other requires complete demolition of the old 5,000 SF warehouse and replacing it with a new six-story, 30,000 SF apartment building. When complete, Lane 1919 will total 20 luxury apartment units on five levels with ground floor retail space.
