9,600 SF high-end finishes for lawyers' office build-out/renovation in one of Houston's historical buildings. The project is located inside a 2-story 1920 era clock tower building that is constructed of reinforced concrete block and plaster. The lawyer's office has 11-foot to 13-foot ceilings, extensive crown molding, arched mahogany doors, frames, casework and windows throughout, walnut wood flooring, mahogany staircase in the foyer, and spiral staircase in the library.
