Total demolition of the existing space, which was a commercial kitchen/cafeteria and health club on the top floors a parking garage. This major building conversion involved enclosing the 2-story atrium to expand one level into a full-size floor. The structural decks and concrete floors were replaced, and all HVAC, electrical and fire control systems were replaced or upgraded.
Unique Features:
- Interlocking raised computer floors and miles of communication cabling were installed.
