A spectacular staircase and balcony connect the two floors of this downtown law firm. Structural steel upgrades were made for the large staircase opening, as well as for the high-density file rooms and library. The award-winning design includes wood base and crown moldings throughout.

- Offices of the four partners are individually designed to reflect personal tastes. All have a built-in mahogany work-center.
