20,000 SF Hines project is a first generation build-out in the newly constructed Calpine Building in downtown Houston. The design concept is based on an open, flowing layout that utilizes glass and unique lighting details throughout.
- LEED certified
- Main lobby features a series of light towers to highlight the various projects that Hines manages as well as two conference/presentation rooms punctuated with glass wall and translucent, motorized draperies.
- All offices have access to direct, natural light including those situated near the building core because of a common corridor of storefront glass.
