New 16,000 SF, 10-story stagehouse with a orchestra pit, trap floor system, and 72 new line sets. This new facility utilizes the original lighting and sound towers, but integrates $1.5 million of new sound reinforcement and lighting control equipment. The north facade incorporates brick veneer, painted steel structure, and standing seam copper roofing.
