Laurel Springs Community

The Laurel Springs project is an example of residential-type construction with commercial utility. The 27,000 SF project encompassed a gatehouse and sales center, a member clubhouse, a golf clubhouse, a guardhouse at the community entrance and landscaping. The three larger buildings ranged from 5,000 to 15,000 SF and comprised wood frame and stone construction. The 3-story Golf Clubhouse features a kitchen, pro shop, dining facilities and locker rooms.
