This retirement community is comprised of four main areas located on eight acres. The Community Center is a three-story, 52,000 SF structural steel facility with a brick and EIFS exterior. It houses the administrative offices, dining rooms, and other common use areas. The campus contains a single story, 52,000 SF Health Care facility with 40 units of assisted living and 20 skilled nursing beds. There are 123 one and two bedroom apartments in the 164,000 SF, three-story apartment building and, 86 garden homes and villas make up the remaining area of the community.
