The Waterford at Fairway Village

129,000 SF residential expansion. The project included three components: infrastructure development, Phase 2/Health Care Neighborhood, and Phase 3/ Independent Living and Senior Health & Fitness Club.
Phase 2/Health Care Neighborhood is a 48,000 SF, 2-story wood frame structure. Exterior walls are 2x4 wood frame, sheeting, and vinyl siding. The building is organized around an outdoor courtyard and contains 60 living units.
Phase 3/ Independent Living and Senior Health & Fitness Club is a 81,000 SF, 4-story structure with one level below grade 32-car parking garage. This building serves as the link to the three future mid-rise towers planned for the east portion of the 18-acre campus. The structural system is a combination of post tensioned concrete and wood frame. The interior contains 37 units and the fitness area, which features a 4-lane, 25-yard indoor pool, spa, aerobics and cardiovascular workout areas.
