The structural system is wood frame; the roof is Mansard copper. Exterior walls are simulated stone. Interior features include a public entry with a reception lobby, bistro, a vaulted parlor/library with a fireplace, a formal courtyard, large dining room/kitchen, activity spaces, staff accommodations and administration offices.
