New 112,000 SF 3-story retirement complex including 60 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living units and 60-bed nursing care wing. Included was a commons area with kitchen, dining area, library, beauty parlor, chapel and an interior courtyard garden. The structure was wood framed with stucco and glass exterior.
