Preparation of nearly 20-acre site for 201,889 SF of retail space and then proceeded with new construction of six retail stores totaling 179,000 SF. The Best Buy store is freestanding; the others make up a strip center. All buildings were constructed with CMU exterior bearing walls and interior steel columns and joists. All roofs are ballasted EPDM and the exteriors feature brick veneer with split-face CMU and EIFS. Finally, we installed a 400,000 SF, 960-space parking lot, lighting package and landscaping. |
