Braes Heights Retail Center
Houston, Texas
Renovation of 120,000 SF retail center for CenterAmerica Property Trust. All of the storefronts were replaced. On the second level, 40,000 SF of new corporate office space for CenterAmerica was built out and an atrium lobby with plaster finishes was created. Construction included demolition, a new roof, site paving, concrete foundation, structural steel, covered parking structure, MEP and fire sprinkler system upgrades and signage.
