Mosaic Condominiums
Houston, Texas
Mosaic condominium project consisted of two 30-story towers including street level retail, structured parking and residential condos for a total 1.5 million square-feet. The two buildings include 790 residential units, 1,200 parking spaces and 20,000 square-feet of retail. The construction is a concrete frame with flat plate post tension decks and an exterior skin that consists of architectural concrete and window wall.
