The Historic Hamm Building
St. Paul, Minnesota
historical renovation of a 1919 6-story office, retail and restaurant building, included upgrading office space, installing new heating and mechanical systems, and restoring the building's terra cotta clad facades. The entire 200,000 SF base building was renovated, as well as tenant improvements within the building.
Unique Features
- The project received a 1998 Saint Paul Heritage Preservation Award and a 1998 Preservation Alliance award.
