170,000 SF, 5-story historic 1904 structure renovation of bank into state-of-the-art library. The fully refurbished lobby required extensive renovation of ceiling plaster detail, chandeliers and millwork. A rooftop garden and conference/event space provide a spectacular venue for private and public functions in the heart of downtown Kansas City.
