317,208 SF, 15-story renovation of historic bank office space including data center and lobby. Many infrastructure changes were required to support modern banking activities including extensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades.
Unique features
- Steel construction with facade of red granite and white terra cotta tiles
- High end interior finishes such as white cloud marble and mahogany
- Infrastructure upgrades to support state of the art banking technology
- Followed strict guidelines mandated in the renovation of historic buildings
- Unable to locate new white marble to match the original, artisans fashioned faux marble from MDO plywood, then airbrushed and varnished to a high gloss
- Lobby chandelier duplicated using photographs and modern materials
