JE Dunn was selected as the CM/GC for the Southeast Christian Church Phase III & IV Additions. The additions include a new worship center, lobby, and fellowship café totaling 55,440 SF in phase III. Phase IV included new administrative and classroom facilities totaling 14,700 SF. Also included in the scope of the project is approximately 6,500 SF of renovation to the exiting facility and associated site work including playground, detention pond work, and the addition of 650 parking spaces.
