Church of the Open Door
Maple Grove, Minnesota
New 116,000 SF worship and education facility. The facility features an 1,800-seat worship auditorium with a large gathering area; administrative and pastoral offices; a chapel and bookstore; 49,000 SF of educational classrooms; and a 5,400 SF multi-purpose room. The structure is poured concrete with structural steel spanning the 132-foot auditorium. The exterior finishes are glass, brick and synthetic stucco with interior finishes consisting of drywall and concrete block.
