- Although the scope of work changed as requested and approved by the owner, the schedule and budget were improved
- Most of the parking structures located around the perimeter of the campus abut a steep grade to help them blend into the surroundings
- Precise scheduling assured each garage was finished in time for the completion of its corresponding office building
