Saks Parking Structure
Kansas City, Missouri
New 4-level parking structure with space for 496 cars. The interior space features covered parking on three levels with additional parking on the rooftop. The interior also features 25,000 SF of retail space. The new structure blends with the Spanish-influenced architecture of the upscale Country Club Plaza area through the creative use of recessed decorative tile and colored concrete panels.

- Incorporation of fountain in close proximity to the retail space
