Virginia Avenue Parking Structure University of Missouri-Columbia

Located on the campus of the University of Missouri-Columbia, the Virginia Avenue parking structure is one of three new parking projects that JE Dunn has constructed on the campus. This parking structure includes five parking decks with a 1,856-car parking capacity. Other features include four stairwells, one of which is handicap accessible, and provisions for a future security system.
Unique features
- Design-Build project with approximately 14 months of construction time
- Facade of the garage includes thin brick in spandrel panels
- Limestone accents at grade level around tenant spaces (University police department & University landscape services are the tenants)
