Kansas City, Missouri
New 445,441 SF, 9-story, 1,339-space parking structure. Post-Tensioned, Cast-In-Place with Precast, Metal Panels and Curtain Wall make up the primary skin material. This project also includes 20,070 SF of retail shell space on 1st level.

- Stair towers feature Pulse, a public artwork by James Woodfill and el dorado inc. The installation consists of 15 light arrays installed between floors in the two stair towers
