86,400 SF of retail space and a 7,000 SF glass-domed restaurant are part of the 271,000 SF mixed use complex on the Country Club Plaza, one of the nation's premier retail and hospitality districts. Other components of the project included a 10-story office tower and a 524,100 SF 6-level parking structure with 4.5 levels below ground and 1.5 above ground. The Spanish influence of the Country Club Plaza is expressed through the use of materials, quality, color and scale.
