Block 7: three buildings totaling 105,000 SF combine retail space, rental apartments, and condominiums. Featuring a combination of brick, sealed block, stucco, metal panels, precast and stone veneers the block is filled with textures and style while maintaining a warm neighborhood feeling. 301,000 SF 4-story parking structure is comprised of architectural precast, ceramic tile and ornamental metal fenestration with store fronts at the first floor art studios.
Block 6: Two buildings featuring a bowling alley in the basement, retail space at the street level, and event center space with exterior terraces at the upper levels. Block 6 will be the focal point for the entire 22-block development and will feature a central granite pavor plaza with ice skating rink and coffee shop. The second phase includes a 5-story150,000 SF building with retail space at the street level and condominum units at floors 2 through 5 atop a 40,000 SF below-grade parking garage.
